David Rodriguez brings over a decade of experience in a wide range of legal practice areas, including civil litigation, personal injury, real estate, and family law. With extensive experience in all stages of litigation, he is known for his aggressive yet compassionate approach to advocating for his clients.

In recognition of his outstanding work, David has been named to Best Lawyers – One’s to Watch in 2021 and 2022 for Commercial Litigation. He has also been honored as one of SA Scene’s Best San Antonio Family Lawyers from 2021 to 2023.

David earned his Juris Doctorate from St. Mary’s University School of Law in 2012 and holds a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University, graduating in 2009.

His commitment to the legal community is reflected in his professional memberships. David is a Director of the St. Mary’s Law Alumni Association and previously served as President of the St. Mary’s Hispanic Law Alumni Association in 2017. He is also a Founding Member and President of the Family Law Bar Association San Antonio and an active member of both the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and the San Antonio Trial Lawyers Association.
